Car park

Church is like a car park. You will not go anywhere and you will have to pay for the privilege of standing still.

 

Fire brigade

Revival is like a fire and will spread, however, the established churches act like the fire brigade and will always try and put the fire out. 

 

Processed food

The established churches serve only processed food. This is easy to eat and gives instant satisfaction, however it leaves you feeling hungry soon after eating. There are lots of different types, each claiming to be the best. It is the food children crave and it is bad for them.

 

The Angler

I am a angler and my aim is to catch fish but I want a certain type of fish. So, I won't use cake as my bait. My bait is hard to swallow but it will leave you feeling full. The fish I want are always hungry. They are looking for a meatier food and will pursue it no matter what.

 

The butterfly collector

I am looking for a very rare butterfly. It hasn’t been seen for many years but I know it once existed. This butterfly is so beautiful everyone wants to look at her and when you do, you are changed forever. She once had the name Eve.

 

The pest controller

I am a pest controller and my aim is to create a safe environment for my butterfly to live in. As a butterfly she is untouchable but as a caterpillar she is vulnerable to pests. These pests are common in the garden and love to eat these caterpillars. There are lots of different types of pests but some of the more common are as follows:

The long tailed Baptist tit

The yellow Jehovahs Witness

The Anglican (a rather dull bird)

The Evangelical tit

The greater Catholic tit

The crested Methodist tit   

 

They all have one thing in common and that is they all belong to the tit family.

 

The ink and the page

I am the ink, you are the page. In order for Gods’ word to be heard we need to make contact.

 

The fire

I am a fire. My aim is to warm everybody, however the established churches pour water over me. Their aim is to extinguish me but they can not. I do, however need someone to feed me, to make me blaze.   

 

The magnet

I am a magnet. 

I repel the established churches, however I will attract everybody that is hungry.
